  1. In large pot over medium heat, cook onions and garlic in oil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Mix in spices and salt; continue cooking until fragrant.
  3. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, bay leaf and water; simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in chocolate, apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce; continue to simmer 10 minutes, until mixture is thick.
  5. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and evenly divide into two serving bowls.
  6. Remove bay leaf. Top spaghetti with chili; garnish with cheese.
