Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. To make crust, combine all curst ingredients, adding water last until dough comes together.
  3. Roll dough on floured surface and place into a 9-in. pie dish. Trim and crimp edges as desired. Refrigerate while making filling.
  4. Next, add apple slices to bowl with all filling ingredients. Toss until apples are evenly coated.
  5. Pour apple mixture into pie crust and press down slightly.
  6. Lastly, combine crumble ingredients in bowl until chunks form.
  7. Sprinkle crumble evenly over apple filling.
  8. Place pie on baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until topping is golden and filling is bubbling.
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
