"Stated on the container that the powder is designed as a supplement, I found the process and the idea of a fermented process involved with its production to be exciting,as well as satisfying for the idea of one package containing all the ingredients needed for general wellness, this is the essence:
taste is pleasant, price is great with this company, as it is $10 more costly locally per container. I used it with hot V8, and it was still palatable and good tasting."

"I recently purchased Almased but for not the reason most people buy it. Sometimes I am not able to eat a meal because of my schedule so something like this fills the bill. While this product does keep hunger at bay, the texture is terrible. I mix thoroughly and multiple times before I drink it, doesn't seem to make a difference. That's my biggest complaint about this product, please do something about the grittiness."

"I have tried many different protein drinks and most have a nasty, unnatural taste due to the fake flavors and artificial sweeteners and other additives. This product was unlike most. The flavor is natural like it came out of Gods green earth and humans are meant to consume natural foods. The texture was a bit gritty but not bad. I loved this product and would recommend it highly!"
