"The flavor is fine. I wish I would have been given more information. The salt did not grind well in my mill. I guess you need a ceramic mill, which I do not have. So it wasn't successful for me."

"I bought this because it is supposed to have naturally occuring iodine in it unlike sea salt.
I wish it was listed on the bag though and it's not so I'm not sure if it's in there. Also while this salt is good - it isn't any where near as good tasting as sea salt."
