For moderate symptoms, take 2 capsules, 3 times a day at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal for 7 days (for maintenance 2 a day). For acute symptoms, take 2 capsules, 3 times a day at least 1/2 hour before or 2 hours after a meal for 14 days. For best results 1 Virastop may be added each time Candidase is taken.
