"I was hoping this would taste better and be more effective. I have used the original Perfect Food (super green blend, not berry) for years and found that the green blend is more effective as far as giving me more energy, helping to clear my skin and and moving my body to a more alkaline state. The taste is about equal. I always mix these with cranberry juice to make them more palatable. I would not buy the berry blend again and will only use the original in the future."

"For our Sharper Minds Senior program, we encourage participants to do a detox and use the Garden of Life Perfect Food Berry as a nutritional supplement. It’s a great, high quality product that offers a variety of greens and some berries to provide a whole food experience. For those who don’t get enough greens or supplements in their diet, it’s a good product that can add energy and healing. It provides 25% of the daily green requirements per serving, so you still have to eat your other greens, or take a scoop twice or more a day if you have a poor diet.

I do wish personally that they would leave out the probiotics (supposedly beneficial bacteria). While these can be good, a number find these somewhat constipating and substantially increase one’s flatulent (gas) levels with some feelings of bloating. So whether or not this can be used long term is questionable. Just being up front with all. I would order just one container, try it for a while and see if you experience these problems. If not, continue using it knowing that you are helping boost your nutritional levels."

"I feel Energized each morning after taking Perfect Food Berry. I am a believer in Garden of Life Products. The issue I have is the way this product is packaged-You have to reach in container and your hands have the product all over them. I do not believe this is sanitary and sent an email to the Manufacture. Yes I like the product, but will not purchase again until they change the container."

"I would have thought that Garden of Life would have made this highly palatable. I and my children didn't find it enjoyable. However, that's obviously not the point (to taste great) of the product. For the taste, my rating is LOW. For the excellent quality ingredients used, my rating is higher."
