"Use about 1/3 scoop in my hot cereal, along with fruit - very enjoyable. And, very filling - keeps me going for hours. Don't care for the taste in a beverage, however, and it doesn't stir into liquid as well as other products I've used. Nice to find an alternative to soy and whey."

"Tried this product when the fruit product was unavailable, it was terrible, grainy, thick and hard to drink. Saw no results and would never purchase this product again. I would wait for the 5 fruit rather than have to try this again. I'd love to have my money refunded or an extra of the five fruit sent to me, I would have never used this company again had I tried this one first"
