How do BCAAs work?BCAAs, or branched chain amino acids, are essential amino acids, meaning the body cannot produce them on its own, but must rather obtain them through diet or supplementation. Amino acids play a part in muscle growth and recuperation, hormone production, weight management and many other important bodily functions.
BCAAs, named for their unique branched chemical structure, are especially useful to athletes because intense exercise may lead the body to utilize stores for energy to spare muscle from catabolizing (breaking down). Supplementation helps restore normal levels, optimizing the recovery process and helping reduce feelings of fatigue.
NSI®'s BCAAs provide 1,200 mg of l-leucine, 600 mg of l-isoleucine and 600 mg of l-valine. For best results, take three capsules immediately following workouts.
NSI® BCAAs are better because they:
Contain optimal levels of three essential branched chain amino acids.
Are in capsule form, so they are quickly and readily absorbed

All NSI supplements are packaged in HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottles. These bottles keep moisture vapor out, protecting the freshness and integrity of their contents, and are 400% more effective compared other brands currently using PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles. HDPE bottles do not break as glass can and are also recyclable so we urge you to please recycle them.
