"I take supplemental biotin because I use raw eggs (cage- free--high omega3) in my green drinks.

The raw egg white contains avidin in an active form which gobbles up biotin...the egg yolk contains biotin, but some believe it is not enough to overcome the deficit.

Rather than cook the eggs I take a capsule of biotin."

"I started taking 2 of these daily to help with a deficiency, and it certainly has been helping. My nails were so weak and easily damaged, torn or broken. After a few months of using this, they are nice and strong, very resilient. Easy on the stomach, too."

"This was the first time trying this product after a friend recommended it for strengthening hair and nails. My main reason to try it was to strengthen my nails because they're very soft and I've never been able to grow them long. Since taking this supplement everyday, my nails are longer then they've ever been. I can really tell the difference in the hardness of my nails. I would recommend it for anyone who has this same issue growing their nails."
