How Does NSI® Creatine Ethyl Ester CEE 3000 work?Creatine is an amino acid (protein building block) found in foods such as meat and milk, and naturally produced by the body, that supplies energy to muscle cells. Approximately one-third of the creatine stored in the body is in its free form as creatine, while the rest is bound to phosphate and called "creatine phosphate" or "phosphocreatine."
During high-intensity exercise, such as weight lighting, high-jumping or sprinting, phosphocreatine is broken down into creatine and phosphate. Energy released in this process is used to recreate adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main "fuel" source that drives many biological processes, including muscle contraction. Creatine is believed to promote enhanced performance by replenishing levels of ATP.
Creatine ethyl ester (CEE) is a structurally related analog of creatine. It consists of creatine monohydrate with an attached ester (an organic compound that forms when alcohol reacts with an acid). As the most absorbable form of creatine, it features a delivery system that allows it to be transported directly into muscle cells. Other forms of creatine "wait" outside muscle cells, attracting water that causes a puffy, bloated look.
NSI® Creatine Ethyl Ester delivers three grams of CEE per four-capsule serving.
NSI® Creatine Ethyl Ester CEE 3000 is better because it:
Is less like to cause bloating, gas and other intestinal discomforts.
Is available at a much greater value than other CEE products on the market.

All NSI supplements are packaged in HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottles. These bottles keep moisture vapor out, protecting the freshness and integrity of their contents, and are 400% more effective compared other brands currently using PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles. HDPE bottles do not break as glass can and are also recyclable so we urge you to please recycle them.
