How does NSI® P-5-P work?
P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) is the active form of vitamin B6. It consists of three natural organic compounds, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine and pyridoxine, and their phosphorylated derivatives.

Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that helps extract energy from food. It is required for the production of serotonin and norepinephrin, neurotransmitters that support healthy mood, sleep, nerves and appetite control.
