"keeps my good cholestrol up and my triclycerides down. I beleive it has helped my mood some. I take 3 1200 mg capsules a day per my doctor's instructions. I do not have a fishy taste in my mouth."

"these are good, i take them everyday...another very good product is Superseed, fiber, it was recommended by a Doctor and Vitacost is the only place i can find with the least cost. i live in Alaska."
