Resveratrol is an antioxidant which has recently become very popular from studies showing promotion of healthy brain, protection from abnormal cell growth, as well as anti-aging effects. Synergy Supreme has 100 mg of resveratrol which is a dose markedly higher than can be obtained by drinking red wine. Vitamin D3 at 1,000 IU or more is associated with protection from abnormal cell growth. Synergy Supreme has 2,000 IU of vitamin D3. Pine Bark Extract has been shown to help memory and joints.
