"I am so glad I purchased this product. I am in my mid thirties and noticed that I was starting to get a little thick around my belly. I always work out 4 to 5 days a week and for some reason I started to get this pooch on my tummy. I read an article that if you don't have enough iodine in your diet then it can mess with your thyroid and therefore, your weight. I am a vegetarian and don't eat fish and haven't had anything with iodine for years. So I took this and within a couple of weeks I was back to myself."

"I've been using this product for over a month now and am finally starting to see some results. I started using it to boost my metabolism and to help with my skin and hair. My hair is actually getting thicker and my skin glows according to my friends. I have adopted some other healthy habits in my eating and have started exercising too and I'm sure those things have helped me lose weight but at middle-age I've tried these same things before with no success. Now I am shedding about 2 pounds a week whereas before I shed no pounds at all. So I do believe this supplement is helping turn my metabolism back in time to when I was younger and could actually lose weight. I also like that I only have to take 1 capsule per day, unlike some supplements that require you to take multiple pills per day. Kelp is eaten by many Asian cultures and they are certainly a healthy bunch, although we know they have other healthy eating habits as well. I have adopted many of these healthy eating habits along with my kelp supplements and so far I am impressed."

Perfect Thyroid Supplement!,

"I believe I can feel the results already! Kelp is the perfect way to get iodine into your system, and of course this improves thyroid function (which can help with weight loss etc.)."
