Take 1 capsule three times daily, preferably with food. Increase dosage by 1 capsule each week until taking a maximum of 3 capsules twice daily.

This product contains Buckthorn and Cascara Sagrada bark. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Buckthorn bark and Cascara Sagrada bark may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physcian is you have frequent diarrhea, or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
