1/4 teaspoon yields the 24mg of natural progesterone recommended by Dr. John R. Lee. Rotate application between face, chest, back of neck, hands, etc.

For Menstruating Women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning on the 12th day following the first day of menstrual flow. Continue through day 27.

For Perimenopausal Women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning on the 12th day following the first day of menstrual flow. Continue through day 27.
