"I've used natural progesterone cream for many years to reduce PMS symptoms. I tried this brand for 60 days because it was much less expensive than the others. In those 2 months, I experienced the worst PMS symptoms I've had in all of my years of using progesterone cream. It was like I wasn't using ANY! I've gone back to Emerita Pro-Gest. It works like a charm and I barely have any symptoms at all with it!"
