"I add some of this kelp to homemade soups; I add it to my bath water for detoxing; I share it with my boys (2 labs), and I mix it with water in a spray bottle and use it as a foliage fertilizer for my plants... everyone is happy!"

"I use it as a body wrap. Just add some water and put on your problem zones. Wrap with plastic . Leave it for an hour or so. Wash it off. Your skin will feel soft and cellulite will start disappear. Drains all the toxins out. Used to pay over $100 for seaweed body wraps. Now I can do myself for so much cheaper. From 1lb bag you can do at least 10 body wraps.
I also have a low thyroid. I add a little of water to the powder and make little balls, let them dry and they are ready to be used as supplement. Easy to swallow and doesn't taste bad."
