"then you probably think it's too bitter. Try this liquid - it's great! I stayed at Hippocrates Institute and this was the only stevia they had. I get it in the big bottle for home - use it in desserts, drinks, salad dressings, smoothies, you name it! The stuff actually balances blood sugar. I just wish they made an even small size so it would fit better in my purse."

"In my quest to find non-bitter Stevia, this one rates the best so far. No wierd aftertaste either. I found that I needed to use more than some other Stevia products in order to get the desired sweetness, but it's well worth it not to have that "BLEGH!" bitterness and medicinal aftertaste. Great in iced teas, homemade lemonade, hot tea. I don't drink coffee so I can't rate it in coffee. Pleased to have discovered this brand!"

"To my taste, this brand is a bit more medicinal than others I've tried. For strong-tasting drinks like coffee it's okay, but it changes the taste of black tea too much."

"I try to carry one with me and leave one at home. I use to sweeten my cereal and coffee. It is very strong, so start out slowly with only 2 or 3 drops and then adjust to taste. If you use too much, you'll get a subtle, yet distinct, unusual taste"
