"At first my husband and i got quezy from taking this multivitamin, but realized we were not eating before taking it or not eating enough before taking it. "Capsule form is a benefit. I have found that Twinlab products are of high quality. Very low in calcium and magnesium but you can use another supplement to decide how much you need of each. Very highly recommended."
