Put one leveled teaspoon of A to B Calm in one half-cup of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Fill cup with cold water or juice and drink.
For use as a calcium supplement, use one heaping teaspoon (providing 181 mg calcium and 35 mg magnesium), 2 - 3 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
