It adds pizzazz to eggs and vegetables. Trocomare has been a long time favorite at our house. We were introduced to this yummy fresh tasting seasoning salt by a trail guide cooking our food. Love this! I used Spike for years and it occurred to me to read the label closely (I feel so dumb). I saw that the ingredients were not organic and decided to look for another product. I happily found the Trocomare, which is organic. It has a wonderful flavor and we use it for everything. Highly recommend this product. July 7, 2012

Trocomare® is made according to the original recipe of the world famous Swiss naturopath Alfred Vogel. Fresh organically grown herbs are combined with natural sea salt from the salt marshes in Camargue, South France. This fine blend of ingredients then "steeps" for up to one year before the moisture is removed through a special vacuum process at low temperature. This steeping process infuses the full herb and vegetable flavor into the salt crystal.

Use Trocomare® in place of common table salt to enhance the flavor of your favorite dishes like salads, vegetables, beans, rice, pasta, chicken, fish or pizza.
