Amazing Grass GreenSuperFood® Drink Powder -- 28 oz
I have been buying Amazing Grass Green Superfood for about 10 months now, and I drink it every morning, and sometimes in the afternoon as well. I work in fitness, and I'm a vegetarian, and my original reason for trying it was because I was working out a great deal, I'm getting older, I was starting to feel exhausted all the time. I thought I might be lacking in vitamins, minerals, nutrients, protein- something!
I started with the 8.5 oz size, but now I buy the 28 oz. tubs. My favorite is the classic Original flavor. I've also tried the chocolate flavor- which is very good, however I'm not much of a chocolate person- and the acai- goji one which I didn't like very much; it tasted synthetic to me, which really surprised me, because I know that it wasn't at all! I guess I'm not that familiar with the taste of acai and goji. I haven't tried the Creamsicle one yet. The flavor of Original is a bit fruity-green, slightly sweet, slightly nutty, nothing particular overpowering. Pleasant, and easy to mix with other things if desired.
I also keep bottles of the capsules on hand- they are a lifesaver when traveling. Take those, and no worries (and no preparation) about getting your proper amount of superfood! :) I also will bring the capsules with me if I know I might get hungry (day long training with few breaks etc) because a few capsules when you're hungry and tired are a real game-changer. They give you energy and stave off your hunger pangs for a good hour, sometimes more. I keep a box of packets of Amazing Meal on hand as well- I got stuck in a airport for 8 hours and mixed a packet into a fruit smoothie that I got and it was great! So when you don't have a lot of choice or desire to eat what's available, this is a good way to keep your health up!
As for the benefits, I not only immediately saw them, they are lasting. I look and feel healthier and have good, sustainable energy (like I said, I work in fitness and work out hours every day) As a vegetarian of many, many years, I find it reassuring to know I'm getting my daily quota of needed nutrients. It also balances out intestinal flora and ensures regularity. All good :) I also haven't been sick at all, and a lot of people around me have been.
For a long time I would use Amazing Grass on its own, in various ways; I'd make a mix of AG, berries and oatmeal for breakfast, for example. That was a bit strange looking ;). Now I just drink it- I tend to have more than one scoop, but that's me- with green tea as the liquid (cold) At the moment I mix it with powdered hemp protein, and a dash of spirulina powder (I'm experimenting with the extra spirulina) in a base of green or black tea. I use the empty 8.5 oz containers for mixing. I put in the powder and tea and add some ice cubes, screw on the lid and shake lightly. Then I drink it with a straw. I used to stir with a spoon and stuff, but honestly, it's messy liquid, it's best to keep it contained. I don't use a blender, but certainly that would be ideal. The powder mixes with water or juice or tea (I avoid dairy, so I don't know about that) easily, so that's never an issue. I think it's a great value for the money, especially compared to other "green" powders out there. It tastes good, it has high quality, organic ingredients, the dosage is substantial and effective, there's little to no "filler faff" and the packaging is easy and cute. I keep mine in the refrigerator, and I'm never without. Thank goodness for Vitacost. Highly recommend.

I use Green Super Food with Life's Basics Plant Protein every morning to give me the nutritional basics I need in my vegan diet. I add some rice and oat bran and mix it all up with rice milk for a shake that keeps me going all morning.
