I have enjoyed ALL of Amy's Soups
Very convenient for a quick lunch! I have a good supply in for the Winter. For Lunch or if i missed dinner and want something late evening. I'm not too fond of the Chili, but all of the others are spiced just right. Best part is that I can trust the ingredients or add to them If I have time.
French Country Vegetable is creamy and thick. I dress it up adding a bit of broth and another vegetable, peas or choppped carrots.

Perfect for slow cooking
Chicken mushroom soup is a breeze with this. Layer two cans of this soup in with chicken thighs, onions, garlic, cayenne, cracked pepper, oregamax, and lots of fresh mushrooms. Cook on high for 2 hours, then low for 4 hours. Ladle the hot soup over fresh spinach (cooks it in just a couple minutes in the bowl without over-cooking it), and you have a really yummy meal... plus leftovers! p.s. don't add water to the condensed soup -- the fresh onions and mushrooms give more than enough liquid to the soup.

best tasting of all cream of mushroom soups. Makes a great mushroom sauce for meatloaf.
