Quinoa flour is so healthy.
I've used about 8 boxes of this flour now and enjoy using it. The recipe on the box for pancakes is excellent. Glad I discovered quinoa flour here at Vitacost. Quinoa flour wasn't easy to find.

Good Product and Good Value
This brand of quinoa flour performs well, tastes fine in recipes, and is less expensive than some other brands.

GLUTEN FREE
Yummy and Healthy high protein Flour. We use for baking breads and cookies, even stews, and any other thing we can work it into. Staple in our house.

great baking alternative
This is a great alternative flour for baking if you are trying to avoid wheat. It's best mixed with rice or another gluten free flour for the best flavor and texture
