Excellent Effective Supplement
I am a 40 year old male that trains weights 4-6 times a week . Due to work commitments and home life I usually train early in the morning .
I find Mesomorph gives me tremendous Energy and Dialled in Mental Focus to assist me in getting my optimal benefit from each workout due to its powerful stimulant matrix.
As well as all the good research backed compounds that I require in my Pre Workout it has some not so common compounds like l-citruline DL malate and Agmatine Sulfate which do greatly enhance "The Pump " you get during resistance training.
If your sensitive to stimulants make sure you stick to dosing protocols from manufacturer. I have not personally experienced the dreaded "crash" from this product.
So in a nut shell:
* Tremendous Energy and dialled in focus that last's
*Great Pumps and Vascularity .
* Enhanced recovery from hard , heavy weight training sessions.
*Taste is acceptable for this type of product ( actually tastes like a Grape sports drink) , and mixes well.
*If your sensitive to stimulants adhere to Manufacturers dosing protocols.

Have to say, this is a good product. I switched over from Jack3d original which I love but Vitacost no longer carries. This product is a little stronger than Jack3d in a slightly different way, you might want to be careful with your first dosage even if you are used to PWO drinks. I see good gains in muscle pump on this product and significant focus and seem to sweat more when on it. One thing about this product is it sometimes might make you feel “strange” later in the day (I take it in the morning PWO). Can’t explain it exactly, sort of lethargic feeling- not tired, not awake, lack of focus etc... Does not taste as good as Jack3d and the scoop is slightly larger but this product does not taste bad at all. This product does not seem as “clean” as original Jack3d, but slightly more effective- be careful of getting overly stimmed on it.
