Good, but could be better I've been looking for a product to replace bisquick. I was hoping this would be it..but I'm not really sure. I used it instead of bisquick in a few recipes and the flavor and the grainy texture is a little off. January 5, 2015
Finally a delicious G-F pancake!! Making your own gluten-free pancake mix from scratch is a task I don't recommend as it can result in disappointment. These were great & are organic and non-GMO to boot. Easy to make and they cook like real pancakes and hold together well. I made them vegan by substituting ground flax seed for the egg. Go light on the flax if you try it--I did the basic recipe on the back with just under 1 tsp ground flax meal with 1 tbs water & let rest a few minutes before adding to the recipe (a "flax egg" is usually 1 tbs flax-meal, but it's way too much & pancakes will get extremely rubbery if you add that much). If you let the batter rest at least 10-15 minutes before cooking, they will be even better. These almost taste like "real" pancakes and they added some spices to the mix that give it a magical vanilla/cinnamon flavor. My husband and I loved these (mmmm-mmms all around!) and they were the first great g-f pancakes we've had and we've been trying for years. They also taste slightly like the holidays. November 1, 2014
Makes great scones! I didn't find this to be a good pancake mix, BUT, in tweeking the muffin recipe on the back of the bag, I stumbled onto a phenomenal scone recipe. Make these changes: 1 cup mix 1/4 c. evaporated cane juice 1/4 coconut cream instead of water (chill a can of milk and skim off the cream) 1/4 c butter or coconut oil. Follow any scone recipe directions to assemble. No need to chill the dough, though. These are an EASY, GF and DAIRY FREE option, and the texture is perfect. February 11, 2014

Hard to Tell They're Gluten Free! My family really likes the pancakes I make with this mix. I don't make them according to the directions, I add an egg, rice, almond, coconut or hemp milk, and melted butter. No complaints from the peanut gallery! August 8, 2013
