Delicious!
This coconut butter is awesome! It's great spread on toast, dipping your apples in it, in oatmeal, blend it with almond or peanut butter and use it as you would a nut butter, throw it in smoothies, drizzle it over berries, spoon over sweet potato. There are so many uses for this and I just wanted to share a few since I wasn't exactly sure what to do with it at first but once you get started you won't be able to stop putting it on things! :)

Excellent Product overall!
This jar of coconut happiness is everything coconut butter should be! It is consistent throughout the jar and tastes just perfect! It is by far the best coconut butter we have ever tasted! The VitaCost price is the BEST! This item is on my set and save list!

Wonderful
We use coconut butter every day; on toast, on oatmeal, etc. Even have a spoonful when we need a quick pick-me-up. It is a healthy alternative to butter. I usually find it cheaper on Vitacost than in the grocery.

Delicious
This product is delicious as a spread or stir it into your hot cereal. It has the small "graininess" of the whole coconut shredded into it about the size of sugar particles. I would not recommend using this to fry or saute, since the solids in it make foods stick to the pan. I learned that lesson right away, and now I use the plain coconut oil for frying and baking.

Great quality
Raw foods are always better and organic and raw is the perfect combination. Excellent taste. Highly recommended.
