Lifts the blue feeling
I've had a melancholy undercurrent all my life, even when I was young and everything was going great. After taking Bach Flower Essence Mustard, it disappeared! It didn't happen immediately. In fact, it was gradual. A couple of weeks after I began taking it, I just noticed the blue feeling was gone.
I suggest reading the symptoms that each Bach Flower Essence is said to help with before choosing the right one for you. But this one fits me to a tee! I wish I had found it earlier (I'm 53 yo), but better late than never!
