Bach Flower Remedies forever
I have used Bach Flower Remedies for years, for myself as well as my animals... with the use of a guide booklet, one can easily learn how to use these remedies for optimum health. I have used the Walnut for menopause, and it does help a lot!! But it was also good when I relocated 3000 miles a couple years ago, not just for me, but it made the move so much easier for both the cat and dogs.
