Good Stuff
When taken daily, this oil makes my skin feel nice and soft. Product is a bit pricey, but it's helps reduce the little bumps on the backs of my arms and thighs. It also helps with constipation.

skin hair nails immunity - whats not to like.
an expensive habit, but one we should all look into for its many many health (and beauty) benefits...the combo of the Borage Oil is the kicker for this product. I hope never to be without some Flax &/or Borage with my morning fuel...

Great product - wish you carried the 16 oz. size!
I've been using Barlean's liquid oils for some time now and think they're truly excellent. They're organic, very high quality, dated as to the when the seeds were pressed, have particulates in them so that you get more benefit from the product, and more. I only wish you also carried the 16 oz. size of this product since I generally take it every day and it would be more economical to purchase the larger size. I keep it in the refrigerator so it keeps fine even in the summertime.

Most reading material says the best seed oil to choose for Omega 3s is flax, and the best for Omega 6s in borage, so this is a great combination. The borage oil makes it more expensive than straight flax oil, but it balances the formula. I also like to take a good fish oil to cover all the bases. It tastes good on salads, but I usually add it to a smoothie or yogurt drink.
