Go-To Flour for Baking GF!
This is a great "cup for cup" replacement flour when using non-GF recipes to bake GF. It is simply wonderful. We are GF and vegan, so are frequently switching out ingredients in recipes, and this flour does not disappoint. If you bake GF, you know how tricky it can be, and this flour is the best one I've found. I bake with this flour at least once a week, and it has always made delicious baked goods.
This flour is available from other vendors, but I buy it here, rather than from others, because it's always in stock and I can get it shipped to me in a reasonable time frame. This flour isn't available in stores.

I'm trying to eat healthier so I am slowly converting to gluten free products. I'm not even finished making my first batch of Milky Way cookies with this flour but I had to come in here and tell you guys how good these cookies taste. They are scrumptious and very moist. I can't even tell it's not made with regular flour.

Great Gluten Free Flour Blend!!
Better Batter is my "Go To" gluten free flour blend. It is a perfect substitution! Though it's important to note, gf flours are more absorbent then regular wheat flour, so I cut back on the flour listed in any recipe by approx 1/3, and my recipes come out fantastic!! Example: if a recipe calls for 1 cup flour, I substitute 2/3 cup of Better Batter GF Flour Blend. No one else in my family needs to eat gluten-free, but since I am the cook, they all eat g-free and no one can tell the difference. As a matter of fact, my picky-eating 15 yr-old ate nearly my entire batch of Gluten-free cookies and wanted more! So no sacrificing is necessary if you use the right ingredients!

best glutenfree flour ever
This is the best glutenfree flour I have ever used. I have never had any other flour work as well as better batter for all of my baking needs. I am so happy that I can bake again and my family can't even tell the difference between my gluten free and their regular baked goods. Its wonderful!!
