Better Batter is wonderful! My daughter recently got diagnosed with celiac disease. I researched all the different gluten free breads and I couldn't believe the cost! I started buying different flours, cost $8-10 each, for the bread recipes and no recipe called for just one type of flour. I was ecstatic to find Better Batter online and purchased right away along with the cookbook. I love, love, love their products and my daughter is able to eat biscuits, bread and pancakes. I also decided to go gluten free and I do not feel like I'm missing out. Also, the sugar content isn't high either. So glad this in on Vita cost to purchase along with my other items. March 27, 2013
