Better Than Milk Vegan Rice Beverage Powder Mix Vanilla -- 21.4 oz
The only (small) problem of that product, in my opinion, is that it's a bit hard to mix it without leaving some lumps, but the last time I let it stand for a few minutes after mixing anf the lumps were gone! Apart from that, I love the texture and flavour

I love this product, especially for making my gluten-free and dairy-free breads. Many recipes for my bread machine call for dry milk powder and this works perfectly. It's the only one I use because rice milk is gluten and dairy free and my breads not only come out perfectly when using it, but they taste great too.

Good milk substitute
It is pretty good as a milk substitute, giving myself is restricted to non dairy, non soy, and non almond. The only downside is it takes a bit time to dissolve the powder to water. The trick is to use hot water for dissolving.

Not good as coffee creamer, but GREAT Horchata!
I'm still looking for a dairy free powdered substitute I can use as a coffee creamer and I thought this was it- it's not. It's okay, but if you are a heavy/dark coffee drinker, and you like that milky creamer taste, this will not give it to you..it simply taste like rice water in your coffee..and if you've had rice "milk" before, you know its more of a watery consistency flavor than it is of a "milk".
Even when I increase the amount directly into my coffee, I just found that it made the coffee a bit thicker/slimier which is gross...too bad. HOWEVER, I realized I could use this to make my FAVORITE Mexican style drink:Horchata!! Most of the ones in the stores (and premade in the grocery store) contain dairy or some sort of dairy byproduct, but you can use this powder for a completely Vegan substitute. Simply follow the mixing instructions, add cinnamon powder to taste (cinnamon is key!), vanilla extract, I add a dash of nutmeg..and voila, you're done! Taste just like the real thing. I will buy again!
