Betty Lou's Just Great Stuff Organic Powdered Peanut Butter -- 6.43 oz
Expensive but awesome!
I could eat the whole jar!! So yummy and so low in calories. You could put this in smoothies, hot cocoa or coffee drinks as well as bake with it. Because of the expensive natural sweetener expect to pay more but for some of us, we'll pay to get what is healthier for our bodies.

Amazing and guilt free
I chose this over pb2 because it is free of processed sugar and preservatives. So simple and so delicious. I almost cried tears of joy when I first tried it out. Add it to your smoothies and you're in heaven. :)

Awesome peanut butter powder!
I add one scoop of this powder to my cocoa/protein shakes for flavor. Low calorie, low fat, and PEANUT BUTTER! Really, you can't go wrong with this. There is a small amount of "coconut sugar" in the powder, but it doesn't seem to give me a sugar rush (perhaps because I use a small amount).

In a discussion about peanut butters I was told about this product. Figuring I would probably try this once I'm completely surprised at the taste and variety of uses for this powdery product. Great taste and I know I'll be using far into the future too.

Betty Lou's vs. PB2 vs. Vitacost
I did a side-by-side taste test of Betty Lou's and PB2 and I have to say that Betty Lou's tastes better than PB2 (I haven't tried Vitacost). Maybe because Betty Lou's is non-GMO and uses organic ingredients including coconut sugar and sea salt. Vitacost has the most protein content vs the other two (in a 2 Tbsp serving). Betty Lou's and Vitacost are non-GMO. PB2 and Vitacost are not organic. Betty Lou's is non-GMO and organic. PB2 and Vitacost are competitively priced. If Betty Lou's came down in price, we'd have the ultimate powdered peanut butter contender!
