spirulina this is spirulina in disguise. Phyto plankton are nothing but spirulina which is fine, I just thought I am getting something new. everything is great about this one except the value. you can get the NSI 3 G serving in powder form, much better buy, but the taste is not for everyone. so the tablets might work for those of you who have problem with different, unordinary tastes.
