Blue Diamond Unsweetened Coconut Almond Breeze® Original -- 32 fl oz
This almond/coconut milk tastes great plain or used in soups and smoothies. I love the low calories. Can't beat the price either.

After suffering with some health problems, including stomach issues for years, I was told I had several food allergies. One such allergy was dairy. I didn't think I could manage without milk, especially in my morning coffee. My nutritionist suggest unsweetened almond milk. It was okay, but coming off dairy and sugar was hard. When I ran out, I purchased unsweetened almond coconut milk by mistake. I gave it a try and found it had a rich, creamy taste. It's almost like adding half and half to my coffee and it's great with cereal as well. I highly recommend this product.

Not bad at all...
I normally do not drink this plain. I use it to make my smoothies. I like Almond Milk but I am not an Almond Milk lover. But the coconut added makes Almond Milk a bit more palatable to me. IF you love Almond Milk this might be a real treat to your taste buds.

Almost very good -- ( not striving to be perfect?)
I say this because, like almost all of the tetra-pack (shelf-stable) non-dairy milks, this contains carrageenan-- blech. Also, vitamin A palmitate.
I'd prefer NO carrageenan and no palmitate. I'm not sure what the better substitution for the palmitate is, or exactly what its function is (but readily found on the 'net I'm sure) but I know that they do NOT need to use the carrageenan. There are indeed brands that do not include this junk in their tetra packs.
So, therefore, I limit my purchases of this and other brands that include carrageenan. I buy this one on occasion because it tastes best and the texture is better than others, but my first choice is the canned organic coconut milk. No additives.
