interesting reviews I never thought of the pads being "dry." They aren't sloppy. And yes, I have to rub a little. BUT, I'm 70 and a lot more fragile than i used to be and I find these not only effective but very gentle and refreshing. Nice makeup remver I was reluctant to by this after reading the reviews, but glad I didn't listen. I found the pads to be very moist and removed the makeup effectively. Love that it is made w/o harsh chemicals. November 3, 2012

Expecting more... The pads are very dry and you can not really feel the product on the pad; you have to really scrub to remove the eye makeup. I am actually going to return them and continue my search. July 28, 2010

Open lid and remove pad. Wipe over face, neck, and eye area. Be sure to close lid to maintain freshness.

Ingredients: Aqua (water), decyl glucoside, organic chamomile extract, organic aloe vera extract, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate, glycerin.
