Hearty and tasty breakfast cereal We absolutely love this cereal. It's a very hearty cereal that tastes great. We enjoy it with a splash of almond milk, a little agave nectar and dried cranberries on top. I've also added it to my whole wheat bread batter if I have some already cooked and on hand when I'm baking bread. It adds a great texture. January 16, 2013

Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal Directions

Cooking Instructions:

For a savory hot breakfast cereal, bring 3 cups water and ½ teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 2½ cups. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Also great with added fruit and/or nuts.

Microwave Instructions:

In large bowl, combine ¼ cup Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Cereal and ¾ cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
