Not bad. I have to agree with another poster, I may add some sugar next time. Other than that, these are really good. Nice texture. The cinnamon and spices taste great. You'd never know there was dried apple in the mix. I will definitely buy again, just gotta add a small amount of sugar when making it. The amount of mix you get in the bag is great, too. Enough to make twice, so 24 muffins. April 20, 2012

okay I'm sure it's just me, but there must not be any sugar in the mix at all. Next time I make them I will put sugar in the batter in addition to the honey. Other than that, I think they would have been delicious and seem to be very healthy compared to other mixes. January 19, 2012

Mix ¾ cup water, ½ cup molasses or honey, ¼ cup oil, 1 egg and 2 cups of mix together. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
