GREAT WITH HONEY This is very easy to make and very good tasting for a biscuit using natural nutritious ingredients. This actually has fiber and most people do not get enough fiber. With honey it was like a white flour biscuit. Easy recipe but when it says to add items to equal a cup, make it a dry measure cup of about 6 oz or else you will be adding too much liquid. Bob's Best Buttermilk Biscuits

1. CUT ¼ cup Butter or Margarine into 2 cups Biscuit Mix. COMBINE 1 Egg and Water to make ¾ cup liquid. ADD to Biscuit Mix and stir to form soft dough.

2. To make them with Vegetable Oil: COMBINE ¼ cup Oil, 1 Egg and Water, to make ¾ cup liquid; ADD to 2 cups Biscuit Mix and STIR to form soft dough.

Knead on floured board 5 or 6 times; FORM into ball and FLATTEN to approximately 1 inch thick. CUT into rounds and BAKE on greased sheet at 400 for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 8 biscuits.

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
