Bob's Red Mill Dried Blueberries -- 8 oz
Dried Blueberries Low in Antioxidants
I buy these because they taste great for my homemade grainfree trailmix which travels well. With that said, studies show that dried blueberries have lost 50 - 80% of their antioxidant value. Blueberries that are frozen almost maintain their full nutritional value and cooked blueberries are more nutritious than raw (heat rearranges the structure of the phytonutrients to make them more bioavailable). There is a fairly new (2013) great book out (a national best seller) that describes about the loss and gain of nutrition in fruits and vegetables.

Great with oatmeal or baking
Love that it is just blueberries. No oil. No sugar added. It's a healthy fruity addition to foods.

These are absolutely wonderful. No complaints. They have to be a bit drier than their sugary counterpart for preservation, but that is a fine trade off for me to keep the sugar out - and concentrated apple juice is the same thing - sugar.
Only caveat is that they are extremely expensive for tiny amount.
