great for gluten free gravy!
Forget about thickening gravy with corn starch or arrowroot... Using this just like you would regular wheat flour by making a rue makes the best gravy EVER. I made turkey gravy on Thanksgiving with it and nobody knew the difference. In fact my dad, who is super picky about his gravy, was so impressed he had to go buy some.

I use Bob's Red Mill baking flour to make gluten free chocolate chip cookies. They are very good and I prefer them much more than regular chocolate chip cookies with regular flour. They just seem much tastier.
It is a great product and i will continue to buy if from Vitacost every few months.

Great GF flour
This is the best GF flour I every used.
I substitute any recipe called for wheat with this flour and
it tastes great.

Great gluten-free product
I've used this flour to "convert" some baked goods to gluten-free, and generally with great results. I have other allergies and this one is also free of those so makes baking much easier.
