Good-tasting, affordable, good quality & quantity
We've been gluten-free on and off. I made these pancakes for my husband and children and they don't even know the difference. I like that the brand has a lot of different flour blends in it as opposed to other brands that have a majority of let's say just rice flour with tapioca, or corn flour. The baking powder in the ingredients make for fluffy pancakes and they do not turn out dense and hard as many often do.
I've also used the Vitacost Coconut Oil as the vegetable oil in these pancakes and they turn out great. One of my kids hates anything to do with coconut but she didn't even notice it in the pancakes.

We love the delivery of our favorite products through Vita Cost to our door.Our favorite also includes frying these morning treats in coconut oil. It just doesn't get better!

Tasty gluten free pancakes
We love this brand for Gluten Free Pancakes. We use a recipe with Blueberries and you can substitute with nuts, other berries or just have plain. Easy to make.
Vitacost is awesome with great service and option to set and save.

As good as wheat pancakes
These make a really nice pancake and waffle. I am impressed overall. The dough does have an odd smell before it's cooked, almost like musty straw from a farm, but it smells and tastes just fine once baked. Before I found out I had gluten problems I used to eat raw batter by the spoonful so I was slightly disappointed that I can't do the same with this (the odor just wouldn't let me do it), but again- not a problem once it's cooked. I would use it again.

good tasting but a bit tough
Had some this morning and although they taste good they are a bit hard to cut with your fork.
