Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Quick Rolled Oats -- 32 oz
DO NOT purchase if you have an allergy to soy.
I made the mistake of relying on the information printed on the front of the package stating the oats are grown and tested in a 'dedicated' facility. Once I received the package, I noticed mention of soy and tree nuts being involved in the processing. I am allergic to soy which causes me to end up in the ER or at the very least with stomach cramps and intestinal inflammation. This product will be returned. Where does one buy soy-free food?

Better than competitive brands of gluten-free oats
I cook this product for 6 minutes at 60% power in my microwave, scant half cup of oats to one cup of Rice Dream original "milk" -- no sugar needed. Sometimes I add fresh berries after cooking. Other times I include cinnamon, chopped walnuts and raisins while cooking. Once in a while, ripe mashed banana and cinnamon while cooking. All ways are delicious.

Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Products
I love Bob's GF products-every one I purchase-the flours, oats, flax meal, xanthum gum, etc. Before celiac, I made our family's never-fail chocolate cake. Now I still make it but with Bob's help. I decorated our kids', and other family members', birthday/graduation cakes and, as you can see, can still make the delicious, never-fail cake with Bob's products.
Vitacost's prices are the best and I always order in bulk to get free shipping. Last year I donated a big box of Bob's products to our Food Bank drive assuming that there are those that need GF items. I'll keep on ordering as long as Vitacost has such great prices. Leaniedo
