Makes perfect oatmeal every time.
Because of the long cook time it's helpful to make several days worth at a time and just rewarm the left overs. I actually eat these raw which is much healthier as cooking turns them high in starch. Just soak in water overnight then drain, add whatever you like and gently warm it but not to the point of cooking it. They come out really delicious.

My husband and I love this on a cold morning! Add a little stevia and salt to the oatmeal, then add dates, cinnamon, and walnuts, and almond milk after it's cooked, and you have a wonderful dish with lots of fiber.

Good, gluten free oats
It's hard to find gluten free oats in grocery stores. I like having my oats delivered to my door.
