I love Quinoa! It is a complete protein food. It takes only 15 minutes to cook and it goes with many foods like rice does. It can be expensive but you are paying for a whole grain that is fairly new to the common market.

Quinoa is wonderful for healthy eating.
We have used Quinoa for years - alternating with brown rice, or used as you would rice, and other protein staples in our diet. It is a very healthy grain for our family - no allergic reactions and is useful in meals in a variety of ways, e.g., in mixed vegetable salads, entrees etc.,
