Basic Bulgur Recipe
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Light Bulgur
2 cups Water
1/2 tsp Salt
In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to a boil; stir in bulgur, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. This makes 2½ cups of cooked bulgur.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
