It was really hard for me to cut out all of bread or baked things from my low carb diet, but this helped me a lot.
Easy to use and not making me feel guilty.

tastes quite good.
I've made biscuits out of this, and they were quite yummy.
There's no 'chemical' taste, that you get with some of the low-carb mixes.
It is a stronger flavor than white/wheat flour, but not that much stronger, and not bad, IMO.
I like this better than the Atkins bake mix -- I think this has less soy, which apparently is a more overpowering taste for me.
Pancakes & waffles are still on my to-do list.

Low Carb And Delicious!
I was skeptical that my husband would eat anything low carb, but Bob's Red Mill Low Carb Baking Mix changed his mind.
I used the mix to make pancakes and he loved them!. He even said "be sure you buy that next time , because it really is good."

has become a staple in our kitchen
My husband and I have greatly cut back on eating carbs, but we still like cookies. This works very well! We use it half and half with almond meal -- very healthy and tasty.

I was disappointed
The mix worked up into a nice dough and raised just fine. Seems to have a nice texture but I was very disappointed in the final taste as it was like eating cardboard. I do like a lot of the other Red Mill products but this one needs work.
