Great organic whole wheat flour!
I tried Bob's Red Mill's red wheat whole wheat flour earlier, and it had a very different texture from this one. It was drier and the rotis (indian flat bread) came out a little dry but very flavorful. However, when I tried this one - ivory/white whole wheat - it was much softer, rotis looked prettier and tasted yum.
So, all in all, both red and white whole wheat flours are great. Choose based on your taste preference and based on how you want to use the flour. Bob's website has recommendations for when to use which one.

I found this floor to be just ok. If you are using it for cookies, etc, it's fine. But I find the "heaviness" to be inconsistent. We make all of our bread/rolls. And recipes I can use with other brands, and get great results, cannot be tweaked in any way to get good results with this flour. I have used all organic whole wheat for about a year now, and with this flour, the bread ALWAYS falls. :( If you need White Whole Wheat flour for bread, go with King Arthur. It's a little more money, but more consistent. ;)

Nice, Light Flavor
This is a really good choice when your are trying to make things like flour tortillas from scratch, but your family doesn't like the taste of Whole Wheat flour. The White Whole Wheat tastes must lighter.

Fabulous in every way!
My bread and bagels come out wonderful with this flour. It bakes not quite as dense as the regular whole wheat flour, comes out much lighter both in colour, texture and taste. Not quite as heavy as regular whole wheat flour.
